OK, here's the problem, it making the person who wrote it sound dumb or something. You don't want anyone to sound dumb right?
So here's what I think: Replace it with: something like **** or _____ or ~~~~ or ----- or something. just a suggestion and then the mods can check back to the post and see they have cursed and like ban them or something

I kinda think that's the point. Because if you think about it, it's dumb posting a bad word on a Webkinz site that clearly states no inappropriate language. There are always consequences to every action. (;

If you replace a word with *'s, you could kind of guess (by looking at the sentence) the word that the member typed. /:

Maybe you shouldn/t write anything at all. i mean you can just put Smile

and stuff. or u can replace like a mean word into something nice like let's say weirdo was a curse word. u could replace it with nice person or something. i dont think u should put like bazooka or something
